How to order
Just browse through our site and click the Add to Basket button for the item you want to buy. Don't forget to enter a name if it's personalised! At the basket you can change the quamtity if you wish, continue shopping, or checkout. Checkout is made using secure servers with SSL certificates, so your details are completely safe. Enter your name and address details and choose whether to pay via Paypoint (the new name for SECPAY) or PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account, although if you do have one, you can pay with this). In either case you can pay by credit or debit card with complete security.
Delivery and Postage
Goods are delivered in the UK by Royal Mail using the following scale:
£1.50 P&P for orders up to £24.99
£2.50 for orders between £25 and £49.99
FREE P&P for orders of £50 and over
Please contact us by email for deliveries outside the UK and we will advise you of the total payment including delivery charge. Deliveries should be received within 5-10 working days of placing the order.
Returns Policy
You may return unpersonalised goods to us within seven days of receipt for a full refund.
If, exceptionally, an item is faulty, please contact us explaining the problem so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Please obtain proof of posting (available at any Post Office on request) if returning an item.
Please note that sizes given on the website are approximate due to the hand made nature of the items and that patterns may vary slightly due to the nature of some designs. Colours may vary slightly from what is seen on monitors due to monitor settings.

Payment Methods
We accept credit or debit card payments via SECPAY or the PayPal system, always using secure servers with SSL certificates. Customers can pay by credit or debit card via Paypal without having a PayPal account themselves. We accept payment by cheque,and will despatch on clearance. Cash payments are not accepted.

Product Standards
Fibre fillings comply with BS 1425 (Cleanliness) and BS 5852 (Fire Safety). Cushion pads comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988.
